Residents can be given a discount on shared housing and services for cleaning yards, entrances and improving social institutions. This initiative was taken by the chairman of the State Duma Committee for the Development of Civil Society, Boris Chernyshov. In his opinion, the discount should be at least 10-20% of the payment amount. It is proposed to confirm participation in work through photographs through the "Government Services". The results will be evaluated by municipal representatives, and closed-circuit cameras can be used for monitoring. At the same time, the assumption should not apply to work with engineering systems of houses - they should be carried out by special experts.
