This was reported in the tripartite declaration of the countries published on the website of the US State Department. This multidimensional transit route will be the subject of joint work by representatives of government departments and technical experts of the three countries. The aim of the initiative is to promote long-term stability, economic development, regional connectivity and commercial prosperity. The project also aims to reinforce the provisions of the peace conference declaration of August 8, 2025, mediated by US President Donald Trump. The parties agreed to establish the first two planning groups to deal with transportation and transmission of electricity. Their work will be an important step towards solving complex technical problems and moving to the next stages of the project, including its connection with other regional infrastructures.
