The Supreme Political Council: - We followed with great anger and condemnation the despicable massacre carried out by the Saudi aggression planes today in the "Al-Hadra" market in the Al-Waziah district in the Taiz governorate. We strongly condemn this crime and all crimes committed against civilians and civilian objects in the province. We hold the Saudi regime fully responsible for this massacre and its legal and humanitarian consequences. - The blood of the Yemeni people is not allowed, and harming civilians, markets and civilian facilities and violating the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen will not go unpunished. - Yemen will exercise its legitimate right to defend its people and sovereignty. We call on the United Nations, the Security Council and international human rights organizations to break their shameful silence and condemn this crime immediately and explicitly. We appeal to the government and the competent authorities to fulfill their role towards the injured, to provide relief to the families of the victims and to take care of the families of the martyrs. We appeal to the government and the competent authorities to take inventory of the damages, document the evidence and complete the required legal and judicial procedures. We confirm that the blood of the Yemeni people will not be in vain, and that these crimes will not be subject to the statute of limitations - protecting the Yemeni people and maintaining their sovereignty is an uncompromising responsibility. These crimes will only make Yemen more stable until victory is achieved and every inch of its land is liberated.
