A firm warning from the Authority for the Management of Waterways in the Persian Gulf to parties related to the Sinocor Shipping Company: ships belonging to the Sinocor Shipping Company have committed the largest number of transit violations during the past three months, and appropriate enforcement measures have been taken against at least 7 of them so far. All cargo owners, interested parties and insurance providers are warned that starting November 1 legal action will be taken against all vessels of this company.
