After counting 88.6 percent of the votes in the Knesset elections: the Netanyahu camp receives 53 mandates, compared to 48 for the Change Bloc and 19 for the Arab parties. No party has the majority of 61 seats needed to form the government. Likud leads with 26 seats, Ishar is in second place with 21 seats, while the two Arab lists win 19 seat seats. The results are not final, as the counting of votes continues and the counting of the "double envelopes" begins at dawn on Thursday.
