The order of the director of the Khabarovsk Youth Theater to reduce the number of employees was canceled.
Regional Minister of Culture Dmitry Kuznetsov ordered to reconsider the approach to the optimization of personnel in the theater.
Until the end of November, the Ministry of Culture of the Khabarovsk Territory will analyze other options for optimizing the workforce in the industry, said the head of the department, Dmitry Kuznetsov.
"We as the founders of the theater understood the situation even more. I invited the theater management and reminded them that with the required optimization, the vacant rates, administrative positions and the proportion of part-time workers who have other jobs must first be reduced. The theater director's dismissal order was canceled. We will analyze each specific situation with the artist department involved in the office and with the artist department involved in the other office. The process will not be dismissed," said Dmitry Kuznetsov.
According to the ministry's data, the theater for young viewers currently has more than 100 employees, of which 79 are creative experts.
