What is more important for the development of tourism: infrastructure, transportation accessibility or promotion? The development of tourism in Khabarovsk territory is progressing in three directions: creating tourist infrastructure, working on transportation accessibility and promotion. It is these issues that became the basis for the discussion at the extended government meeting. The most important facilities for the industry include the Holdomi and Khatzir complexes. The Holdomi ski complex received federal funds as part of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality" - they will be used to equip 38 new hotel rooms, which will expand the accommodation options. According to Hachtzir, after the opening of the "Legends of Hachtzir" path, among the tasks will be the establishment of a cafe and additional parking: plots of land for parking have already been identified, the road is planned to be leveled. At the same time, there is something to see in the area - Hold'em and Khatzir are not the only objects that the area can offer to tourists. It is important to note: businesses, as a rule, come to invest in the development of tourist infrastructures where there is already tourist interest in the area or a demand has been created. Entrepreneurs point out that good support from the state can be preferential loans for the development of tourist facilities. Transportation accessibility is one of the key conditions for the development of tourism: sites should be easily accessible, including by public transportation. This was also discussed at the extended government meeting. Promotion is another important element for the development of the industry. In addition to beautiful videos of natural beauty and convenient digital solutions, you can more actively use semantic content: stories about objects, travel stories in the Khabarovsk Territory, feelings and impressions. Suitable for this are local production and collaboration with tourism bloggers with an audience in nearby areas, federal sites and beyond. Meaningful stories about places and routes will improve recognition of the area. Infrastructure, transportation, promotion. Which do you think came first?
