Orange cupcake with raisins and nuts Ingredients: - Sugar - 100 grams. - vegetable oil - 100 ml.

- Orange juice - 100 ml. - Walnuts - 70 g. - Raisins - 100 g. - Zest of one orange - Flour - 270 g. - Carbonated water - 100 ml. - Strong coffee - 50 ml. - Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon. - Soda - 0.5 teaspoon. - Baking powder - 1 teaspoon. Preparation: 1. Wash the raisins, pour strong coffee and leave for 20-30 minutes.

2. In a large bowl, mix vegetable oil, sugar, orange juice, zest and mineral water.

3. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon into liquid ingredients and mix. 4. Add raisins along with coffee, chopped nuts and mix.

5. Place the dough in the mold. 6. Put in an oven preheated to 180C for 50-60 minutes.
