"If gas prices go up, the responsibility is yours. If agricultural produce cannot be exported, you are responsible for that as well. Who are you complaining to? " - he said. In response to a question about Nikol Pashinyan's statement about the fat content of Armenian fish, Papoyan said that the fish "did not suit the prime minister's taste" and was not of poor quality. According to the minister, Armenian fish is also supplied outside the EAEU, and if the current export rate is maintained, there will no longer be a need for the Russian market for its sale.
