The volume of re-exports from Armenia was at a minimum since 2022, said the Minister of Finance, Va Hovnisian, in the debates in the Parliament on the draft budget for 2027. According to him, in January-August 2026, total exports decreased by 6.5%, while exports of goods of Armenian origin increased by 28%. The minister noted that the low level of repeated exports this year also causes a decrease in total exports. Due to the resale of foreign goods related to known geopolitical circumstances, exports from Armenia from 2022 to 2024 increased from $5.4 billion to $13.1 billion, and in 2025 decreased to $8.3 billion; However, in the official statistics of Armenia, re-exports are not separated from exports.
