Armenia will implement a new public finance management system together with a Canadian company. The Ministry of Finance of the RA signed an agreement with FreeBalance to launch work on the creation of GFMIS - a single digital system for budget planning, cost management, payments and reporting. Minister of Finance Vahe Hovhannisyan noted that the system gathers data on public financing, will monitor the implementation of the budget and increase the efficiency of financial control.
