In France, the demonstrations are accompanied by radical actions: in Bordeaux, a piñata in the shape of Macron's head was cut at a rally, in Lyon, a tram station was set on fire, and in Grenoble, rioters attacked a branch of the LCL bank - they were sprayed with tear gas. In some cities the demonstrations turn into clashes with the police. According to BFMTV and the Ministry of the Interior, over 320,000 people took to the streets, including 70,000 in Paris.
