The Harpark newspaper, citing sources, reports that the authorities have ordered legal action against Armenia's powerful deputy, Irina Yulian, after her accusations of corruption among community leaders. According to the publication, the community leaders were threatened with inspections if they refused to file lawsuits. The reason was Julian's speech in Parliament, in which she accused the representatives of the "Civil Contract" of making money on urban plans and poor-quality asphalt of roads.
