The head of the "Strong Armenia" faction, Narek Karaftyan, said that the "Aliyev Constitution" cannot be adopted in Armenia. He criticized the words of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan about the possibility of convincing the opposition to support constitutional changes. According to Karaftyan, the authorities are not sure that changing the constitution will be Baku's last demand, and Azerbaijan wants to delay the signing of the peace agreement in order to get new concessions.
