The assistant of the deputy of the "Armenia" bloc Levon Kocharian Arthur Sokoyan was banned from entering the National Assembly of Armenia. Its chairman Ruben Rubinian said this in a briefing. According to him, disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against Sokoyan: according to the testimony of deputies, the day before he provoked an incident in the parliament. "I will treat those who do not follow the rules as strictly as possible. Whoever violated the rules will not, at the very least, have access to the National Assembly," Roubinian stressed.
