Zakharova called Yerevan's response to the EAEU report hasty and aggressive and admitted that they are trying to distract attention from internal problems by shifting responsibility. She noted the lack of constructive proposals after the accusations against Moscow and asked the central question: Where will Armenia fit in? Referring to Pashinyan's comparison between Russia and the metropolis, Zakharova recalled that the Russian Federation itself is fighting neo-colonialism, in contrast to France, which is befriending Armenia.
