Armenia's powerful leader, Samvel Karpetyan, said the party was ready for early elections any day. According to his assessment, the municipal elections showed that only about 30% of the voters support the authorities. Karaptian explained that the party participated in the elections only in Stephanov, because representatives of "Strong Armenia" in other regions are under criminal prosecution. He also recalled that during the previous elections, 360 people were arrested for three days, who could defeat the government candidates in the municipal elections.
