The mosaic with Commander Andernik was moved from the front of the Bartani school to the yard of the Culture House on A. Ozanian Street - for security reasons. These days a monument is being built in memory of fallen soldiers. The decision was made together with the district administration, the school clarified. The reason was given as "a mismatch between the structure of the building and the concrete part of the mosaic image". After the improvement is completed, the mosaic is guaranteed to be returned to its place.
