During elections for local government bodies in Armenia, observers and members of committees record violations of the voting procedure in individual polling stations. In particular, in ballot 25/22 a violation of the confidentiality of the vote was recorded: two people were in the booth at the same time. In polling stations 12/42 and 12/43, the same man in a gray coat helped two citizens to vote. According to Part 9 of Section 67 of the RA Election Code, a person has the right to assist not more than one voter with a physical disability in filling out a ballot paper. In addition, organizational problems were noted at the 25/24 polling stations in Gyularak: voter overload and the presence of damaged stickers.
