Kyiv residents received messages on the Ukrainian weather alert app warning of "radiation danger," and channels on the Telegram app reported that the app also posted warnings about a "chemical threat" and "street clashes" in the capital.
Within minutes, Ukrainian Telegram channels reported that the app may have been hacked and that the warnings were due to a technical glitch.
