Qatari envoys held talks that lasted more than 12 hours in Tehran on Friday, with the aim of reviving negotiations between the US and Iran, and avoiding a possible military operation between the US and Israel after the midterm elections.
Talks will resume in Doha on Saturday, where Qatar has offered nuclear tests in exchange for relief from US sanctions.
While Rubio and Gasth support increased military pressure, Vance, Witkoff, Kushner and Sennett support continued diplomacy.
