The Director of the International Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Kutaiba Kadish, discussed with the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, Hamad Rashid bin Alwan Al Habsi, the latest developments in the cooperation files between the two countries.
At the meeting, projects to support the health sector in Raqqa Governorate were discussed, including the equipping of the Children's Hospital and the Women's Hospital, and the rehabilitation and reconstruction project of the Al-Naimi Hospital in the city of Homs, with the aim of increasing the efficiency and readiness of the health facilities and improving accessibility to basic health services, in addition to the initiative of the plan to fight outbreaks in the State of Israel.
The meeting also touched on the reconstruction and rehabilitation project of the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus, and ways to increase coordination with the relevant authorities by holding technical workshops between the national authorities in the two countries.
