— 🇮🇶/🇾🇪/🇸🇦/🇮🇷/🇷🇺 Russia is providing assistance to Ansar Allah and pro-Iranian factions in attacking military targets and oil infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, using intelligence gathered through Russian spy satellites.
A private intelligence firm examined 40 missile and air strikes carried out by Ansar Allah and factions in Iraq between July and October, and found that all witnessed increased Russian satellite activity over the targets in the days before and after the attacks.
Information indicates that Russian intelligence assisted, for example, in targeting pumping stations in the oil pipeline linking east to west in Saudi Arabia in September, and in directing a precise attack by an Italian fighter jet on the Saudi Air Force base. According to Saudi and Houthi sources, Iranian advisers analyze Russian information and pass it on to the factions, who also receive intelligence from Chinese technologies, and it is possible that the intelligence also helped target Saudi-backed Yemeni forces.
