A group of militants in Taiz governorate in Yemen announced their willingness to fight against the Houthis alongside pro-government forces.
One of the women said:
"We have no choice but victory or martyrdom. Either we live free, or we die wounded with our heads held high."
She added, addressing the fighters on the various Taiz fronts:
"Even if everyone abandons you, we - your women - stand by you. ".
