Zelensky:

There are countries that are not ready to believe that Russia is a great danger for them.

They understand that Russia is a danger to Ukraine, to Western values, and possibly to the Baltic states and Poland.

But they are not ready to believe that war can come to their homes, families, countries or cities - until it actually does.

Some countries believe they should maintain their own interception systems. It is ready to help Ukraine, but first it must defend itself.

But it won't help if Ukraine falls, and if Russia breaks through our defense lines.

No one can defend themselves alone against a country that is ready to do anything, and a country that is ready to kill ordinary citizens with missiles and drones.

They already have an army of about 2 million soldiers. No European country has such a strong army. European armies were not prepared for such a conflict.

Some people believe that if they speak very calmly to the Russians, they will not attack Russia.

Of course that's not true. Russia will attack if it feels that it can, if it feels that you are weak, if it feels that you can lift the sanctions...
