Representative of Bahrain: We call on the international community and donors to continue supporting humanitarian needs and to ensure that the aid is delivered to those who need it without obstacles, and to strengthen the early recovery and rehabilitation efforts in order to create conditions for a safe, dignified and sustainable return of the Syrians.
