The Minister of Transportation told SNA: The new traffic bill regulates a wide range of areas, starting with the classification of vehicles into categories and their registration rules, through driver training through driving schools under the supervision of the Ministry of Transportation, and up to the technical inspection of vehicles and the organization of roads, their characteristics and the speeds set for them.
