However, the destruction of several transmission lines around Kyiv will not collapse the entire distribution system all at once; the system operates with multiple mechanisms to ensure service continuity, measures that the Ukrainians have further strengthened in recent years. A significant and lasting impact can only be achieved through repeated and systematic strikes.
