Ukrainian drones targeted several industrial sites in Russia, including the Perm oil refinery, the Iskra plant in Ulyanovsk and the Voronezh Santichuk complex in Voronezh.

The Perm refinery, one of the largest refineries in Russia, suffered a fire in the AVT-5 processing unit following the attack.
