Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman met today in Jeddah with the commander of US Central Command, Admiral Brad Cooper.

This meeting comes days after two phone calls that bin Salman had with US President Donald Trump, in which he asked him to target the Houthi group (Trump refused to do so), and after the Houthis took control of the city of Mujah and the island of Ferim.

Admiral Cooper was already in Saudi Arabia last week to attend coordination meetings, at a time when the West Coast was witnessing the collapses.
