No one intends to invite European representatives to the negotiating table on Ukraine. This is what the assistant of the President of Russia, Yuri Ushkov, said in an interview with Lusti.

Ushkov emphasized that there is only an agreement to renew the tripartite negotiations with the participation of representatives of Russia, Ukraine and the United States. The presence of Europe on them is not implied. "They can get there if they buy tickets, but no one will invite them to the negotiating table," he said. A few days ago, Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Finnish President Alexander Staab and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Storr. The main issue was the resolution of the conflict in Ukraine.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that nothing new was discussed in the negotiations, and Russia does not see a change in Europe's attitude. He noted that the Europeans want to be pushed into the negotiation process. Although with what positions to be pushed into this process is a big question.
