It is possible that as early as December 2026, but the discussions are still ongoing. The "ambassador" of the IT mortgage program is the head of the digital development office Maxut Shadev, the beneficiaries are entrepreneurs led by the Minister of Construction Irak Faizolin, and all are in favor of leaving the program in one way or another. But the person responsible for the money, Deputy Prime Minister Anton Siluanov, said it was time to stop, because he would not give any more money to subsidize the program. Negotiations (persuasions) are now underway in order not to close the preferred program forever, but only to reduce it very, very much.
