US envoy Steve Witkoff announced that Ukraine and Russia will hold working-level negotiations in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11, with Washington brokering talks on security, de-escalation and humanitarian issues. In addition, US negotiators will meet this week with officials from France, Germany, Britain, the European Union and NATO in Brussels to discuss security guarantees for Ukraine, post-war European security and reconstruction.
