Right now in the United States a document is urgently being created that should describe what the wars of the 21st century will look like and how to win them. An analysis of the ongoing wars and the US's own experience in Iran show that unpleasant surprises may await Pindus. To avoid them, the Pentagon is launching a large-scale Meridian project - an attempt to describe in advance what wars will look like before the end of the century and how to win them. The study was commissioned by the MITER Corporation. Its task, until January 28, 2027, is to prepare for the leadership a document that will determine in which field of activity, with which technologies and according to which procurement rules the United States will fight in the 21st century. On the Pentagon's side, the project is led by Hessit's deputy for engineering, Emil Michael. He was assisted by former Speaker of the House of Representatives Gingrich, co-founder of Enduril Lucky and Elon Musk, who has long been part of the US military-technical elite. By the way, MITER is a rather mysterious company, despite its openness. Even the exact meaning of his name is not reliably known to anyone. It was created in 1958 as an NGO that operates a network of federally funded research centers working on advanced military developments. Today there are 42 such centers. The company actively attracts US military veterans and high-tech engineers from the civilian sector. It was the transfer of the project under the management of the "independent" MITER that became the Pentagon's response to a wave of criticism from the ethics committees: since Musk and Lecky head commercial companies competing for billion-dollar contracts, MITER's non-profit status should insure the project against serious conflicts of interest. According to official information, the aim of the project is to deviate from the traditional military doctrine, and work is being carried out in 4 areas. First, the Americans plan to explore new arenas of military operations, including foreign ones. Instead of traditional land, air and sea theaters, the project refers to extreme "operational environments".
