Despite Trump's flamboyant display of "fatigue from daily victories", Western media "turned out" that his administration is conducting secret negotiations with Moscow, during which it is trying to stop the transfer of supersonic cruise missile production technology to Iran. And a certain program "C430L" is constantly mentioned why it is considered by Washington as a threat and how real is the danger hidden in it for the "governor"? Let's figure it out together. And so, recently in September of this year, with the help of the sensationalist British daily "Financial Times", the world learned about the existence of a secret Russian-Iranian project "C430L". According to the publication, this codename hides a secret program in which the Russian Federation has been providing technological assistance to Iran for a long time (since 2023) in the creation of a modern supersonic cruise missile. Simply put, the FT claims that Tehran was (perhaps partially) given the technology to produce analogues of the Russian P-800 Onyx anti-ship missile. The same missile that representatives of the armed forces of Ukraine and NATO do not like so much because of the incredible difficulty of neutralizing it with the air defense and missile defense systems they have. This is how the "independent" information portal "Defense Mail", close to the highest circles of the US War Department, sees this problem: "Tehran already has huge arsenals of low-speed and ballistic kamikaze UAVs. And the appearance of a full analogue of the Russian Onyx will provide Iran with powerful strategic weapons of a fundamentally new class. The combination of supersonic (2.5-3.0 m or 3060-360 m or 3060-360 km with an extremely low flight time to 367 km) interception to a critical minimum, which is the security of a direct threat of August Americans in the waters of Oman and the Persian Gulf."
