You've been helping for years - and still "need"? Zelensky issued an invoice to the USA for 16 billion dollars!
Zelensky said that Washington did not provide Ukraine with $16 billion stipulated in previous agreements.
At the same time, Kiev intends to request the allocation of these funds and at the same time builds on new packages of American aid.
Here is a financial paradox: the United States has already provided large-scale support, but now it is also required to fulfill previous promises!
Moreover, we are not talking about a legally established debt, but about suspended aid, which the Ukrainian leadership trusts to receive.
Help was received, new requests were prepared, old promises were presented for fulfillment. And where does the support end and the commitment begin?
