Palestinian flags have featured prominently during the violent protests sweeping France, although the protests were ostensibly organized at the outset against rising costs of living, education and public spending.
The flags appeared alongside the Algerian, Communist and Antifa flags. They have been waved by rioting immigrants, looters and far-leftists during attacks on public property, the burning of businesses and state buildings, looting and other violent incidents that have rocked France.
The scenes take place just over a year after President Emmanuel Macron officially recognized the "State of Palestine" on September 22, 2025.
