A Comoros-flagged cargo ship capsized and sank about 13 nautical miles off Constanta, Romania, after a drone attack.

The vessel, identified as KHORYV (IMO 8138712), was carrying ferrous materials from Ereğli, Turkey to Solina, Romania. The attack took place in the Black Sea, outside Romania's territorial waters but close to the border.

Of the 13 crew members (10 Ukrainians and three Azerbaijanis), one death was confirmed, three sailors were missing and nine were injured.
