🇸🇪 A male nurse in his 40s was charged with aggravated rape after he attacked a woman in her 70s who was receiving end-of-life care at the Rehov District Hospital in Jönköping, Sweden.
The hospital staff came in and caught him in the act with the unconscious, terminally ill woman.
An elderly woman died within hours of the attack.
A forensic pathologist said her death was caused by her previous illness. She was in the last stages of life and was unable to defend herself.
