Zelensky said that the US promised Ukraine "strong security guarantees".
At a press conference after meeting US special envoy Steve Witkoff, he said a joint document had revised several proposals regarding such guarantees.
He also said that Ukraine is ready for a top-level tripartite meeting and that "Starlink will resume operations within 48 hours."
