The Russian military released a video of Ukrainian aviation carrying a kamikaze drone that was shot down

Ukrainian soldiers use balloons as an "air taxi" for attack drones. Raised several kilometers up, the balloon drifted on the wind behind the front line. Above the target area, the drone is released and activated. This saves a lot of the battery and extends the range by tens of kilometers.

Piranha systems have been used to launch Hornet drones. FPV drones equipped with compact Starlink Mini terminals have also been launched, allowing logistics to be hit deep in the rear.
