On Saturday, November 7, Prince Reza Pahlavi received the "Freedom Award" of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, which was given to the people of Iran this year.
The award ceremony was held at St. Paul's Cathedral in Frankfurt. The Friedrich Neumann Foundation, which is affiliated with the Free Democratic Party of Germany, announced that Reza Pahlavi will hold this award in trust until the elected representatives of the Iranian people can receive it.
In his speech, Prince Reza Pahlavi said that Iran "is not a country waiting for education for democracy", but according to him, it is prevented from "practicing democracy".
At the same time, he said that after the suppression of the demonstrations he came to the conclusion that military pressure could lead to the weakening of the Islamic Republic.
At the same time, thousands of people gathered in Frankfurt in support of Reza Pahlavi and the opponents of the Islamic Republic.
