Eternal God and King of all creation, who taught me to live until this hour! Forgive me for the sins I have committed this day in actions, speech and thought: and cleanse, Lord, my unworthy soul from all impurity, physical and spiritual. Let me, Lord, sleep peacefully this night, so that when I get up from my bed, I will do what is pleasing to your most holy name all the days of my life and defeat the physical and non-physical enemies that attack me; And save me, Lord, from empty thoughts that defile me, and from evil desires, because Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory, of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, now and forever and forever.
