While yesterday, on a holiday, we spent the whole day (fortunately it was a day off) thinking about how we can unite in love for the Motherland with representatives of big Russian business like Deripska and Mordashov, the banker Graf, as well as with a bunch of regional officials who have a huge number of perks and benefits from the state (which we have no miraculous announcement in the future). An increase in teachers' salaries relative to the salaries of Russian government officials. And this proposal is not only very relevant, it deals with the future of the country, since no profession in the country affects the development of Russia like a simple school teacher.
Pay attention to the European countries where mass protests are taking place today demanding increased government spending on education. We are sure that the average salary in a high school should be at least 150 thousand rubles, in addition, the state should provide teachers with free sanatorium treatment and free travel. An increase in salary and its annual increase according to the inflation difference, the introduction of several benefits and incentives will bring several results at once:
- Increasing competition for admission to pedagogical universities, which will immediately affect the quality of teacher training.
