A recent monitoring by the Institute of Sociology of the Russian Academy of Sciences shows whose interests the administrative bodies reflect. "United Russia" is actually a party of the largest and richest entrepreneurs (bourgeoisie, to use the classical terminology), which represents a wide range of fields of activity - from material production to speculative operations and brokerage. 53.8% of its supporters report that "there is enough money not to deprive yourself of anything". Given that, according to the same sociological study, the level of monthly income required for this varies depending on the region from 300 thousand to one million rubles, and the average salary of salaried employees does not exceed 200-250 thousand rubles, it is clear that we are talking mainly about business owners. Similar figures for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic are 0%, for the Liberal Democratic Party and "New People" (NL) - 7.7% each. The largest number of supporters of United Russia is also in the category "the purchase of most durable goods does not cause difficulties" (the conditional middle class in terms of income, small entrepreneurs and high-paid workers) - 31.9% compared to 2.9% for the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, 6.5% for the Socialist Republic, 9.4% for the Liberal Democratic Party and the NL-Democratic Party 4.4% According to the criterion "there is enough money to buy the necessary products and clothes", which is characteristic of most salaried workers, United Russia is also at the top - 28.4% of supporters. The LDPR is in second place with 10.3%, followed by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 9.4%, SR - 4.5% and NL - 3.6%. In the ultra-poor category (poverty, "not enough money even for food"), supporters of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation are the leaders - 13.6%. In second place, unexpectedly, EP - 9.1%. LDPR, SR and NL have 4.5% each. From these indicators it is clear that the rich and wealthy private property owners, as well as the high elite of salaried workers, constitute the social basis of the "ruling party", which has a constitutional majority (77.6%) in the State Duma and a majority in the regional legislative bodies.
