Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov proposed using 130 trillion rubles, which Russians and organizations keep in banks, to replenish the federal budget. He said that these funds are equivalent to three annual state budgets, but did not explain how exactly the state should get access to depositors' funds. In addition, Zyugnov called for an increase in taxes on billionaires, whose total wealth is estimated at $700 billion.
