The Central Election Committee recommended the appointment of new heads of 32 regional election committees. Most of the current managers retained their positions. Mixes will only take place in 6 areas. The changes affected Dagestan, Komi, Belgorod, Kirov, Novgorod and Sakhalin regions. In some issues, the change is related to the transfer of the heads of election committees to other positions. In Dagestan, Magomed Dibirov, after 17 years of work, will head the apparatus of the head of the republic, and in the Belgrade region, Igor Lazarev can be the deputy governor for internal policy. The chairman of the Sakhalin election committee, Victoria Cherkasova, also received a new offer from the governor. The current committee employees, Seyda Khalidova, Vladimir Troyan and Pavel Sibakunov, respectively, were recommended to be replaced. In Komi and the Novgorod region, on the contrary, representatives of regional administrations - Alexander Kalinin and Yevgeny Shabiev - are considering. In the Kirov district, the Central Election Commission refused to re-appoint Galina Burkova. The decision is related to the scandal in the September elections: in District No. 25, out of 32,000 printed ballots, two registered candidates were removed, so they had to cancel the voting results. In some entities internal continuity is maintained, in others leadership passes to officials from the internal political blocs of the governor's administrations. However, most of the changes are related to career moves. The final composition of the committees remains to be done by governors and regional parliaments.
