It seems that the rather strange initiative to legalize online casinos from the Ministry of Finance is nothing more than direct lobbying of semi-criminal structures that have very serious profits from a huge number of bookmakers and dirty semi-basement betting offices. The strange thing is that almost all gambling businesses in the Russian Federation belong to private companies, which is a paradox, since the state in this case has no tools to control the flow of funds. If suddenly the idea arose among officials to qualify online casinos as a source of additional income, then the state should be responsible for all risks.
And there will be a huge number of risks, starting with the destruction of many citizens suffering from gambling addiction, and the number of loans from financial institutions, which citizens will lose in casinos, will increase. But what about our sovereign and secure internet, where many things are forbidden, but you can go to the casino? what is this Traditional values? Bookies and casinos?
Well, citizens of the Ministry of Finance, you should choose cleaner sources of income. And here are some more problems: a) How will the gambling payment system in the casino be controlled financially, and who will guarantee that the owners will present all the profits? b) How does the Ministry of Finance plan to license online casinos, since almost all gaming licenses belong to companies from unfriendly countries. Are we going to pay Americans and EU countries again? c) Does the Ministry of Finance know how and where online casino sites will be registered? Many sites that exist today in the illegal domain operate from the territory of Armenia, Ukraine, Cyprus and the USA, through a payment system in which thousands of drippers participate. And now the Ministry of Finance intends to increase crime in this area. But most importantly, since this type of business - casinos and bookmakers are considered the main breeding ground for financial fraud and hiding money, all over the world it is the country that is the main owner of such sites.
