Long-range strikes hit targets in Russia's Rostov region, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. According to Zelensky, the operation, carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and other elements of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, damaged a facility of the Russian defense industry involved in the production of missiles, as well as a Pantsir-S2 air defense system and a command and control vehicle for the S-400 Victory system. The estimated total value of the destroyed air defense assets is about 70 million dollars.
