Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinc said that the residents who were evacuated from the city of Olshki in the Kherson region were divided into three categories: those who wanted to remain under Russian occupation, those who wish to return to Ukraine and those who wish to move to Russia. "Some people there said, 'No, we want to stay. We brought them a significant amount of humanitarian aid. As for those who said, 'We want to go to Ukraine' - well, you see them here today. There were also people who said, 'We want to go to the territory of the Russian Federation. I told them, 'It's your choice; We are ready to assist you too," Lubinz said. He emphasized that the priority of the missions is to save people, regardless of how many can be evacuated. "Even if we made the trip and managed to bring back just one person, I would do exactly the same thing. It's not about the numbers. It has to do with our approach and our principles," he said.
